Great week for Frosh-Soph Women’s Soccer!
On Monday, January 28, the Frosh-Soph women’s soccer team played a tight game at home against Campolindo. Victoria Flint scored, with an assist from herself. When the keeper deflected the first shot, Victoria gained control of the ball again and made the goal to win the game, final score 1-0.
Saturday, February 2 brought another win for the Lady Dons against Bishop O’Dowd. Victoria Flint again scored with an assist from Jessie Lim. Then Jessie scored with an assist from Victoria. Della Pascucci played well in both the left and center back. Co-captains Sloan Nelick and Lindsey Campbell kept up the communication after the first goal and helped the team to regroup to go on to the second goal and final score of 2-0.
The team will close out the season on Saturday, February 9. In the morning home
