Miramonte Sweeps both Singles and Doubles Titles at the DAL Boys Tennis Championships, Acalanes has a Respectable Showing

At the end of each tennis season, coaches of all teams in the Diablo Athletic League (DAL) nominate players to compete in a singles and doubles tournament.  DAL consists of Acalanes, Campolindo, College Park, Las Lomas, Miramonte, and Northgate high schools.  The tournament allows a total of 32 singles players and 32 doubles teams to enter.  For 2022, we had a full 32 singles draw and 24 doubles teams.  DAL coaches meet to seed the tournament and then complete the draw.  This year’s tournament was held on April 28 and 29.  The winner of each event moves on to the NCS finals on May 6 and 7.  Below are the seeds, the scores of the later rounds, and then Acalanes player highlights.
