It comes down to Friday night…the Diablo Athlete League Championship game!
The Dons beat Campolindo on Tuesday night in overtime, 17 to16.  The #1 seeded Miramonte lacrosse took down Northgate by a score of 13-2.  This brings us to this Friday night-DAL Championship game! #1 Miramonte versus #3 seed Acalanes.  #3?!! The Dons should feel no expectations or pressure to win as the underdog, which allows them to play freely. 

Time to flip the script!!!

The Dons mindset relies on the fact that the Dons have trained at a high level. In other words, they are physically and mentally prepared to their fullest for the competition. Acalanes will focus on their talents, strengths, and abilities, not the Matadors. Concentration and the ability to focus under adversity is what championship athletes do best.  And the Dons are ready!
