The Acalanes community welcomes Coach Bill Powers, who has agreed to lead the Dons’ boys basketball program! Coach Powers team had 30+ years of experience coaching basketball and has been teaching for 29 years. He is currently a social sciences teacher at Monte Vista High School. The Acalanes cross-country competed in two big meets in the past week starting with the 36th Annual Mariner Invitational in Hayward last Saturday, with over 40 schools from all over the Bay Area and beyond competing.
