In Tuesday's action…
The #5 seeded girls soccer team defeated #4 Manteca HS 2-0 in the CIF NorCal Quarterfinals.  Both goals were scored by Emily Keeler.  They will host #8 Burlingame HS in the Semifinals Thursday at 4:00.
The softball team shutout Encinal HS 15-0.
The girls lacrosse team played will in a 12-9 defeat to EBAL power Monte Vista HS.  The jv team also suffered in defeat.
The boys lacrosse team was defeated by Marin Catholic HS.
In Wednesday's action…
The track & field team hosts Clayton Valley Charter HS at 3:30.
The boys golf team is in the Cowboys Classic at Wente GC at 9:00.

Girls soccer playoff run continues

In Monday's action…
The boys golf team started the season with a resounding 197-250 victory over Alhambra HS.
The boys volleyball team was defeated by Moreau Catholic HS in 4 sets and the jv team likewise in 2 sets.

Boys golf on a 9-hole par 36 course.  Will Condy shot a 38, Michael O'Donnell and Joe Evans 39, Tucker Gannon 40 and Murphy Baker 41.

In Friday's action…
The girls lacrosse team held off Campolindo HS 10-7.  The jv team won big 14-4.
The boys lacrosse team dropped a close decision to Campolindo HS 7-5.
In Saturday's action…
The #2 seeded girls soccer team ended regulation time with #1 Branson HS 1-1 on the goal by Tatum Zuber in the NCS Championship game.  After two overtime periods they prevailed in penalty kicks 10-9 and are the NCS Champions.  They will play in the CIF NorCal quarterfinals Tuesday.  More information to follow.
The varsity baseball team defeated Amador Valley HS 3-2 in the Pittsburg Invitational.
The boys volleyball team defeated Edison HS, Tracy HS, Berkeley HS and Irvington HS before falling to Las Lomas HS in the championship game of the Deer Valley Invitational.
In Monday's action…
The boys volleyball team plays at Moreau Catholic HS.  JV at 5:00 and varsity at 6:00.

Girls soccer team is the NCS Champions

It was an incredible game between the #2 seeded girls soccer team and #1 Branson HS in the NCS Championship game.  Tatum Zuber scored in the first half and Branson answered in the second half as they ended regulation in a 1-1 tie.  Two overtime periods did not resolve the score and they went to penalty kicks.  After a long, drawn-out battle the Dons prevailed 10-9 and are the NCS Champions.  They will play in the first round of the CIF NorCal playoffs Tuesday.  More details to follow.
