In Friday's action…

The girls basketball team defeated Redwood HS 57-45 raising their overall record to 6-2.

The boys basketball team defeated Alhambra HS 61-50 in the California tournament.  JV also defeated Alhambra HS 54-43.

In Saturday's action…

The boys basketball team defeated California HS 68-57 in the California tournament championship game raising their overall record to 7-0.  The jv team fell to California HS 53-43 and the freshman team enjoyed a 61-49 victory over the Grizzlies.

The boys soccer team defeated Granada HS 1-0 in the Winter Classic raising their overall record to 5-0.

The frosh-soph girls soccer team suffered narrow defeats to Las Lomas HS 2-0 and Heritage HS 1-0.

Individual standouts…

Boys soccer.  Nick Geannacopoulos scored the lone goal assisted by Carson Gragg.  Kade Finegold was named "Man of the Match."

Wrestling.  Steven Williams placed 2nd at the Bill Martell Invitational at Northgate HS.  Lukas Ross placed 1st and Ihlan Evrenosoglu placed 2nd at the Foothill frosh-soph, jv and girls tournament.
