On Monday, the JV and Frosh programs met up with De La Salle at Contra Costa Country Club. JP Birdwell (So) led the team with a 38, but The Dons ended up losing by 5 strokes with a final score of 156-161. The teams had such a great time playing together that they met up again Wednesday at Rossmoor where Mason Wampler (Jr) led the Dons with a 40 and Will Griffin (Fr) led the freshmen with a 48. Very few schools have a freshman squad so the young Dons got some much needed experience. We look forward to watching them progress over the next few seasons.
