For decades, women’s sports have been underfunded, underpromoted, and underwatched, not because of a lack of talent, but due to a lack of exposure and support. However, in recent years, the landscape has begun to shift.

Acalanes is proud to be one of the first high schools in the nation to join the groundbreaking ‘Everyone Team’.  Here at Acalanes, forward-thinking isn’t just a mindset; it’s part of our DNA. Through the visionary efforts of the Female Athlete Board, Coach, Teacher, and FAB Advisor Lexy Tamony, and the unwavering support of the Acalanes Sports Boosters, we’re rallying behind all 400+ of our incredible female athletes across every sport.   Together, we’re not just keeping up, we’re setting the pace.

Supporting girls’ sports means recognizing their hard work and breaking down barriers, but true Don pride is about lifting all our teams. A strong athletic community is built when we show up for every player, every game, and every season—boys and girls alike.
