Why Every Acalanes Parent Should Be at the Fall Sports Meeting
Doors open tonight at 6:15 PM in the PAC (Theater) for our parents of Fall Sports! Start the evening by grabbing your Acalanes Spirit Wear: sweatshirts, shirts, hats, and more. It’s the perfect chance to ‘DON’ your Acalanes pride and represent your school at your sporting events!
While you’re there, stop by the Booster Membership table to fulfill your membership and show your support. Support your Don and all Dons by being part of the community that powers Acalanes athletics.
Acalanes has a proud and powerful sports tradition, and parents are a key part of that success. Tonight’s sports meeting isn’t optional; it’s essential. It brings together coaches, families, and school leadership to set the tone for a winning season, on and off the field. Here’s what you’ll gain by being there:
1. Be in the Know
Know exactly what’s happening this season: schedules, expectations, team goals, and key dates. Meet the coaches and hear firsthand what’s ahead for your athlete.
2. Build the Community
Sports at Acalanes are built on strong relationships, and it starts with parents showing up. Meet other families, ask questions, and find ways to get involved. This is how a strong team culture begins.
3. Support Your Athlete and All Dons!
Your presence shows your Don that you’re behind them 100%. From practice to playoffs, your support makes a difference, and it all starts tonight.
4. Help Every Don Succeed
By attending, you’re not just supporting your Don, you’re helping strengthen the entire Dons athletic community. When parents are informed, involved, and united, everyone benefits.
