JV Boys Soccer played at picturesque Benicia High School Tuesday in an evenly matched game. Eli Romick and Shiraz Kamran applied consistent pressure to frustrate Benicia’s attack. Harrison Mrachek and Kyler Roberts did a great job playing up top and putting pressure on Benicia’s defense. The second half had many shots on goal with Daniel Kim pushing the ball down the right side but Benicia’s defense was quick to respond! Goalkeeper, Theo Horwath, had a phenomenal stop aggressively coming off his line to cut off a scoring chance. Final score was 0-2.
