The Lady Don golfers recored a split decision in Monday’s match at Contra Costa Country Club, winning vs. Campo and falling short vs. Miramonte. Our golfers were led by juniors Haley Chelemedos, Campbell Evans and Hana Chelemedos who all recorded rounds in the 40s, with Haley Chelemedos recording her 4th and 5th matching winning low scores and beating Miramonte’s previously unbeaten golfer in a tight match highlighted by Haley’s game changing, spirit-busting chip-in for Birdie on Hole #8. The Dons moved their league record to a second place 5-2. Next up Northgate on Monday.
