Yesterday, Junior Varsity Boys Soccer team led the way with a dominating defensive performance and took advantage of their scoring opportunities besting De La Salle 2-1. The Dons opened the scoring in the 1st half with a clever volley by Hank Bauer off of a pass from Omri Noiman. The defense continued to keep Spartans at bay as the Dons added a second score off of a low line drive free kick that slipped through a crowded box by Dylan Machado. With the match well in hand the Spartans managed a meaningless goal in the last minute resulting in a 2-1 final and a Dons victory. Come cheer Junior Varsity tomorrow, Thursday, 5pm at home field.
