Girls Water Polo NCS Semi-finals

Tonight was an extra special night where the Dons beat Campo 7-5. Huge fan turnout from the Acalanes supporters. Everyone was there to root on our Dons! Thank you to Boosters for covering ticket costs for our students.

Kudos to our coaches putting our players in the best position to win. Misha Buchel executed a game plan to perfection.

Maize O’Hare started off with first goal of the game and this set the tone! Brooklyn Plomp was on fire while Audrey Cox made some all time saves. Ella Del Rosario finished even when double and triple teamed. Wendy Heffelfinger our strong defender came up top and scored twice. Sara Archer did a spin move to score in third quarter. Team wanted it more and you could feel it, defense is an attitude and it was a difference maker for the win.

Next game Saturday vs Miramonte at Acalanes at 3:00pm!!!
