The Ugly Eagles of Clayton Valley  Charter visited Acalanes for a  Monday night league game. The Lady Dons played tough from the get go and had a couple of early three point goals to get on the board. The game was tied 12-12 after the first quarter, but then CVC started to pull away. The Lady Dons had a few more scoring runs and played tough defense, but couldn’t close the deficit enough . The final score was 54-33. Freshman Claire Zimmerman led the team with 8 points. The Dons host Miramonte this Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
