GIRLS TENNIS: DONS LOSE NAILBITER TO LAS LOMAS

Dons lose a close one to the Las Lomas Knights, 4-5. Coach Drew is confident that we will beat them next time!



In Singles:

Analese Ruczynski fought hard at the one spot and played some of her best tennis of the season.

Martha Burns had a tough opponent at number 2 singles. Like real tough.

Ella Morris hit some fireballs out there and won her match in straight sets. Fireball!

Cate Condy almost took the first set against her opponent but fell just short on the day.

Line 5 singles, Ashley Donner brought home an anniversary win for her parents winning in straight sets. For her efforts, Ashley Donner was named Dons Player of the Match! She earned it. Great Job Ashley!

Line 6 singles, Sarah Shepherd stepped in against another strong opponent and had a tough loss but she fought hard.

In Doubles:

Harley and Berkowitz rolled at number 1. Some great volleys up at the net today.

Broad and Moise struggled a bit in the first set but finished strong and won their match.

New pairing at 3 dubs, Parlett and Grenby played tough match against a strong team.
