Reminder that Coach Logan is available to help any individual athletes or teams help prepare for their respective sports with a customized strength & conditioning program. Coach Logan is available on Mondays and Thursdays from 3-7pm. Come join the other AHS athletes who are taking advantage of this program to condition their bodies for their upcoming season.
