On Monday, the drizzle stopped, the clouds parted, and the sun smiled down upon our final full team practice of the season. On Saturday, two Dons were awarded Junior Merit Scholarships at Contra Costa Country Club. After completing an application and interview, Chase Regan (’24) and Nate Lyons (’24) are now Junior Merit members of the club. Congratulations gentlemen!

The Dons ended “Northgate week” with another victory – this time at Boundary Oak Golf Course in Walnut Creek. Four of our golfers shared low honors to defeat the Broncos 201-213. Juniors Jackson Jones, Nate Lyons, Gus McKinney, and Chase Regan all shot 39. Nice work team!
On Monday, the Acalanes varsity golf team defeated Northgate by a score of 207 to 229. Junior Gus McKinney led the team with a solid round of 38 (second best of the match) followed by Chase Regan who shot a 41. The Dons improved their record to 3-2 overall and 3-1 in league play.
