How you can help!

1. Encourage your friends and team parents to attend! Carpool together. Once at the party participate in the games, premium silent auction bidding and live auction.
2. Gather Auction Items! Goal of 3 high value items per team.

Ideas are:

a. Experiences such as rental homes, sports tickets or a special night out (items can be combined from parents to put together a package.

b. Host a Pay to Play party. One or more family hosts a party at their house and the attendees pay a fee to attend. 25 guests @ $50 each = $1,250! Guest limit and amount is up to the discretion of each host/s. Party ideas? Beer Pong tournament, Crunch & Brunch workout party, Tennis Round Robin, Poker Night, Caddyshack, Pray for Snow, etc. Party dates would be after the bash, starting in May of 2025 and continuing through the 2025/26 school year..

Deadline for all auction items will be March 28th prior to Spring Break.
