Booster Bash 2025 – How you can help!
- Save the Date! Tickets will go on sale Tuesday March 17th. Encourage your friends and team parents to attend! Carpool together. Once at the party participate in the games, premium silent auction bidding and live auction.
- Gather Auction Items! Goal of 3 high value items per team.
Ideas are:
a. Experiences such as rental homes, sports tickets or a special night out (items can be combined from parents to put together a package.
b. Host a Pay to Play party. One or more family hosts a party at their house and the attendees pay a fee to attend. 25 guests @ $50 each = $1,250! Guest limit and amount is up to the discretion of each host/s. Party ideas? Beer Pong tournament, Crunch & Brunch workout party, Tennis Round Robin, Poker Night, Caddyshack, Pray for Snow, etc. Party dates would be after the bash, starting in May of 2025 and continuing through the 2025/26 school year.
c. Donation of time – gather the athletes for a block of time to help someone with yard work or a large project around the home.
Deadline for all auction items will be March 28th prior to Spring Break.
We will be having an online silent auction going live on April 16th, a select number of premium silent auction items for bidding on site at the party as well as a live auction at the event.
