Sports are a celebration of commitment, character, and community. We’re proud of our athletes, grateful for our coaches, and thankful for the support of our families that make it all possible. The Bash is a wonderful opportunity to come together and celebrate that commitment to community.

We want to share with you a few details to help you enjoy your time at the Bash.

  1. Our online auction is LIVE: https://abc2025.ggo.bid/bidding/package-browse Here you will find some great items to bid on now as well as a preview of items that will only be available at the Bash. Please share this link with your family and friends. Remember you don’t have to be a Don to bid! Share on your socials and via text and email. Your teams directly benefit from these bids! The online auction will remain open through next week closing on Friday, May 2nd at 5:00 PM

In order to save yourself time at check in we recommend registering your credit card ahead of time. Please Register Your Credit Card
  4. Parking: Address of venue is 2750 Rohrer Drive. There is no parking near the Arena. We highly encourage rideshare or carpooling. Please plan to get dropped off at the top of the hill where there will be an area to turn around. If you do drive, please park in the lower parking lot at Rancho Colorados Swim & Tennis Club or in the surrounding Burton Valley neighborhood. Please be mindful of driveways. Be on the lookout for Dons athletes making the rounds to give you a ride up the hill.
  5. Attire: Denim is the theme so wear it proudly. Cowboy boots and hats are encouraged. The only thing we don’t encourage is red ;). The ground of the arena is a dirt/sand mixture so please wear closed toed shoes or boots that you are comfortable in. The arena is covered but open on the sides so please dress accordingly. We will have some protection from the elements but Saturday is looking to be chilly so bring an extra layer.
  6. Restrooms: There will be an executive trailer on site with very nice restrooms for guest use. PLEASE NOTE: The Goldwyn’s have graciously donated the use of their arena to the Boosters for this night. We ask that you please respect their home and remain in the designated party spaces.
  7. Smoking: Due to fire hazard there is no smoking on site.
