The Acalanes JV men’s soccer team pulled off a dramatic 1-0 victory over Emerald High School on Thursday night, thanks to a last-minute goal by Trevor Krick with less than two minutes remaining in the match. 

The Dons controlled much of the game, creating multiple scoring opportunities and firing hard shots on goal, especially in the second half. On defense, Theo Horwath and Caleb Nguyen combined in goal for the shutout, with strong support from the entire defensive line, who kept Emerald off the scoreboard.
