Varsity Football Dominates Heritage 34-14 in NCS Semi-Finals with a Rain-Soaked Victory

On a wet and wild Friday night, the Acalanes Dons delivered a commanding performance against Heritage, securing a 34-14 win in the NCS Semi-Finals. The victory, highlighted by stellar defense and a ground-heavy offense, sets the stage for a much-anticipated showdown against Campolindo in the NCS Championship. The Dons dominated two weeks in a row and played great against Heritage through 2 1/2 quarters.

The Dons showcased their versatility, leaning heavily on the run game with 46 rushing attempts compared to just 10 passes—a rarity for Acalanes, rain or shine. The defense was relentless, allowing only 37 passing yards and making game-changing plays that kept Heritage on the back foot for most of the game.
