The boys’ basketball team were in their comfort zone most of the game playing smoothly as a team, making good passes and being aggressive on offense. In the first half they had good ball movement against the zone and great opportunities for lay-ups. The other team counter acted with good shooting and offensive rebounding. It was a steady game with each side strong at the rim and tough defense as they started the 4th quarter tied 31 to 31 Wednesday night against Alameda.

Unfortunately, in the last few minutes of the game Acalanes missed a few layups and Alameda challenged us on the rebound, crashing the boards. Ultimately it was a few turn overs that cost Acalanes the game. Final score 42 to Alameda 44.
