After their big win against former #3 ranked San Marin High School, the Acalanes Dons Football team jumped from #27 to #6 in NCS and #2 in NCS Division 4, behind only Marin Catholic.

Ultimately rankings don’t mean much until the end of the season and league play, but it’s great to see that all the hard work that our boys have put in over the Spring, Summer, and early Fall, is being recognized by those who follow and report on High School Football. Kudos to the coaches for all of their work in getting the team ready for the season and the extremely challenging schedule that they face this year. Next up is a traditional NCS power in Bishop O’Dowd on the road, let’s make it a BLUE OUT in Oakland on Friday night!
