The 2018 NCS champion Acalanes Dons boys volleyball team is excited to begin the season and defend their crown.  They return Diablo Athletic League MVP senior Colin Kirbach, all-DAL first teamers senior Alex Franke and sophomore Austin Kinnear, all-DAL second teamers senior Lane Altbaum and junior Nikolai Heffernan and all-DAL honorable mention senior Jackson Kirke.  The Dons traveled to Alhambra High School to start the season on February 19.  They won the match 3-0, winning 25-19, 25-20, and 25-22, and next travel to Antioch to play Deer Valley on Thursday, February 21.
