
Acalanes delivered a dominant performance on Monday afternoon, pulling away early and never looking back in a 69–31 win over Las Lomas.
Acalanes set the tone in the opening quarter, jumping out to a 15–5 lead behind strong defensive pressure and efficient shooting. The offense stayed balanced in the second quarter, matching Las Lomas 15–12 to take a 30–17 advantage into halftime. Acalanes continued to control the game after the break, outscoring Las Lomas 18–14 in the third before closing the contest with a 13–8 fourth quarter.
Francesco Cangini led all scorers with a game-high 30 points, shooting 11-for-17 from the field and knocking down 6 three-pointers. He also added 6 rebounds in an efficient all-around performance. Eli La Rotonda provided strong support with 13 points, connecting on 3 three-pointers and adding 4 assists.
Will Palmer chipped in 7 points, while Nico Choulos added 3 points off the bench. Acalanes finished with 12 assists, forced 9 turnovers, and held Las Lomas to just 31 points for the game.
