Acalanes Dons Boys JV Water Polo absolutely demolished the Clayton Valley Ugly Eagles in Wednesday nights game, the first of the season, with a 14-2 trouncing that left the Eagles fluttering sadly back to their nest.  Sophomore super-star Goalie Kingston Zolboo was a wall that took the wind out from under the Eagles wings with block after block aided by fierce defensive action from his teammates.  Freshman Finn Butler, Sophomore Max Musch, and Juniors Wilson Daughters & Thomas Butler-Kurimai all drew multiple ejections with their rabid defense, and the scoreboard showed the depth of this young team with goals scored by Freshmen Brad Budke, Luke Wellen, Finn Butler, and Theo Penn along with Junior Wilson Daughters.  Three goals each were also scored by Junior Thomas Butler-Kurimai and Sophomore Jack Warren.  Interestingly Mystery player #19 scored a goal and drew a defensive ejection, and if he can remember to wear his correct cap number as well as he can play we will be excited to talk about him after the next game!
