The 2025 Track and Field season began with many outstanding performances as your Dons tracksters hosted San Ramon Valley, Concord, and throwers from Pittsburg and Las Lomas.

NCS Leaders

Haley Chelemedos sets a school record with her #3 in the state of CA javelin throw of 86’5” earlier in the day at the Berkeley All-Comers Meet! She also wins the Long Jump and takes #6 in NCS in her first ever attempt at the event, going 16’ 4”, which is also good enough for #25 in the state of CA!

River Lockwood also competes in the javelin at the Berkeley All-Comers with a throw of 101’6”, 9th in the state and #3 in school history!

Deonte Littlejohn posts an outstanding NCS #1 mark with his win in the Discus with a throw of 148 feet! He also hold the #6 mark in the Discus – he is currently ranked 15th in the state of CA

Bethel Imasuen posts the #8 mark in the Shot Put with an impressive throw of 42’ 4” – he also PRs in the Discus

River Lockwood and Grant Ricker take first and third in the High Jump, taking spots #7 and #8 in the event with jumps of 5’ 8” and 5’ 6” – Grant also takes second in the Long Jump.

Jackson Boselli wins the 200 with a huge PR of 23.32 to earn the #7 ranking – he also posts a 0.6 second improvement to take 2nd in the 100

Anju Sekhon, Cameron Powell, Samantha Griscavage, and Kenzie Siewert(!)post the #7 time in the 4×400 thanks to a quick 2nd leg by Sam

Alex Fon, Chris Copeland, Harry Zimmerman, and River Lockwood complete their exchanges to post the #4 mark in the 4×400 relay behind an impressive 52 second split by Harry (who also PRs in the 1600)
