Playing without senior first-team all league golfers Haley Chelemedos and Campbell Evans, the cougars thought they’d have a relaxing win on their home golf course.  Are you kidding??  These are the Lady Don Golfers and they came to play!

Led by senior Hana Chelemedos, and closely followed by the excellent play of her teammates battling on every hole, the match came down to the last few strokes as the Dons fell by the slimmest 2 stroke margin.

Grace Wolpert and Taylor Baker recorded season bests on the difficult Moraga Country Club course, Miracle Gu recorded a strong 51, and Jordan Huskins battled to stay close to her competitors throughout her match on a challenging day.  

Next up Sept 30 at our Contra Costa Country Club home course (where the Lady Dons remain undefeated) vs. cougars for our Senior Day.
