It is always nice to start the season strong, and the Lady Don Golfers–Haley Chelemedos, Jordan Huskins,  Miracle Gu, Taylor Baker, Grace Wolpert and Hana Chelemedos–did just that, dispatching the DAL Valley division champion College Park Falcons by 17 strokes in Monday’s match at Contra Costa Country Club.

Led by seniors Hana Chelemedos (with an early season team low of 42) and Haley Chelemedos, all of the team contributed, winning four of the six individual matches outright and tying another while still showing significant future upside for all players.  

Next up: Northgate HS on Monday, August 27 and the return of senior Campbell Evans.
