16 players from the Acalanes JV ladies lacrosse team played their first three scrimmages of the season on Saturday against Granada High, Las Lomas High and Miramonte High. The Lady Dons crushed each team by scores of about 9 to 0 for each game. The Dons did not give up even one goal the entire day! It was an amazing effort by a limited number of the JV team players as this year the JV Lacrosse team has almost 50 players. 

Everyone on offense and defense played great and none of the scrimmages were ever in doubt. Goals were scored by eight different players and the defense only allowed about four shots on goal the entire day. Everyone had at least one assist. 

It was an incredible way to start what will be a wonderful season for this team.
