For the first time since 2014 the Acalanes JV lady Dons defeated the Amador Dons 6 to 4. In the last seven years ACA has lost by double digit scores every year. But not last night!

The ACA Dons were led by Ella Easley, Leyna Mactmes, Ella Thomason, Maia Upp and Campbell Evans who all scored. With amazing assists by Jenna Steele and Maggie Palmer and others. The Dons goalie Mia Rodgers had her best game and she and defenders Natalie Hiatt, Kellie Toddhunter, Elsa Braunstein; Jacqueline Kuhner, Georgia Howells, Lucca Dibiasse, Audrey Peatros and Mattie Romberg locked down an offense that had averaged 10 goals a game. 
The game was won because of hustle. Players like Ava Mcglothlin, McKenzie Campbell, Rebecca Johnson, Katherine Leamy and Charlotte McKenzie settled our offense and helped keep the ball on our side of the field. 

It was a great night to be a Don. Well that is an Acalanes Don!!!
