The Lady Dons JV Lacrosse went on the road to California High and defeated an incredibly talented team 14 to 10. It was hard fought from beginning to end and the Dons took the lead for good halfway into the first half and never looked back! Here are a few highlights although there were many others:  Ella Easley had 7 draw controls, four ground balls controlled and two goals, Natalie Hiatt shut down Cal High’s best player on defense, Maggie Palmer had 6 ground balls controlled and two goals, Jenna Steele had Three goals, Leyna Machtmes had four ground balls controlled and a goal, Jacquline Kuhner had four ground balls controlled,  Emme Cain scored a goal, Ava McGlothlin scored  and amazingly Maia Upp scored 4 Goals!  Goalie Mia Rogers had 7 saves.

The defense and the offense continue to get better every single game. On Thursday the Dons try and win their tenth game in a row!
