The Acalanes JV boys had a tough battle against College Park on Wednesday evening, ultimately losing 54-37. It’s clear that Coach Herley has inspired the boys to give maximum effort every second they are on the floor – this game was no exception. They worked hard on defense, went after every loose ball, and probably set a season record for floor burns. Unfortunately the shots just wouldn’t drop for the Dons early in the game.

Down 29-14 at half, the Dons played College Park fairly evenly in the second half. Joe Reidenbach led the way with 10 points. Liam Krackeler chipped in 8, all in the second half. Jaden McClane led the way with 8 rebounds.

Next up for the Dons: another battle with a tough Clayton Valley team on Friday evening.
