The lady JV Dons battled an uber tough Bishop O’ Dowd team in the first round of the Pittsburgh tournament. Despite injuries and very few subs, the JV lady Dons were scrappy and tenacious throughout the entire game and garnered scoring and defensive efforts from all players. Sophomore Katherine Leamy led the team with 9 points. The Dons trailed 17-32 at the half and the final score was 32-65.  The JV lady Dons are back in Pittsburgh for round two Friday afternoon.
