Dons lose 2-7 vs the Cougars!

Overall, it was a much closer match than the final score showed.

In singles, Analese Ruczynski and Martha Burns brought home the 2 match wins for the Dons.

Martha won her match 11-9 in the 3rd set tiebreaker with lots of cheering from both sides! For her efforts and focus, Martha Burns was named THE DONS PLAYER OF THE MATCH! 

Kit Scheirer almost won their match in the 3rd set tie breaker at 3 singles. Cate Condy played great tennis at the 5 spot and so did Ashley Donner at the 6 spot. Ella Morris had a tough match at 4 singles against a certified brick wall.

In doubles, Harley and Berkowitz competed well putting up a nice first set score against their opponents.

#2 doubles Avery Bahl and Marcela Wisniewska took their opponents to a third set tiebreaker, almost winning their match. #3 dubs (Broad and Moise) had a tough match but tried their best and competed well.

The Dons are now 6-3 in league play with one match to go against Miramonte THURSDAY AT HOME 4PM
