Acalanes Dons 46, Las Lomas Knights 18

The Dons enjoyed their first win of the league season with a 46-18 victory over the Knights.   Acalanes was able to mount an effective press on many plays, reversing the role it played against some recent opponents.   The Dons outscored the Knights every quarter except the third one.   Nearly all the Dons’ players scored, led by Rebecca Christie with 18 (including two 3’s), Lucy Gellman with 10 and Nikki McCarthy and Molly Keliher-Burke with 6 each.   Congratulations girls!
