Strength & Conditioning Program up and running!

The new Strength & Conditioning program is off to a great start under the direction of Coach Logan Beal.  The program focuses on increasing mobility to reduce the risk of injuries and also increasing strength, speed, and agility for a sports-specific workout to elevate an athlete’s performance.  Logan holds open hours in the weight room or gym area to supervise and assist with workouts.  He is happy to work with teams or individual athletes.  

Athletes and coaches can get signed up for the program by going to BridgeAthletic + Acalanes Website.  Logan encourages athletes and teams who are new to the program to email him to set up a time when he can meet with you to get your customized workouts started. logan@bridgeathletic.com

Winter sport athletes are welcome to sign up for the program and begin training for your upcoming season!
