SEASON SCHEDULES
Save a bunch of time typing each event into your appointment calendar. Just one click on any of the following links copies the entire season schedule to your Outlook calendar (or any other calendar that supports iCal). If nothing appears to happen, check your download folder, and double click on the most recent filename ending in .ics

MAIN CALENDAR TIPS
Click on the calendar button on the top menu. The Boosters Sports Calendar appears. Follow the tabs across the top of the calendar. The Calendar can be printed, viewed by Month, by Week, or in Agenda format.
TIP: Click on the drop down arrow to the right of the Agenda button. All sports are displayed by default. You may select or deselect individual sports to declutter and personalize your own calendar. TECH TIP: if you are a power user, you can even invite friends to the game and share schedules.
Now click on a specific event. TIP: click on Map to bring up a google map. Insert your current address for turn by turn driving directions. Click on Copy to download and save the calendar on your email client.
SUBSCRIPTION TIPS
Do you follow just one sport, and don’t want to clutter up your inbox with lots of Boosters email? TIP: each sport has a subscribe button at the top of the page. Navigate to your sport and click on the subscribe link at the top of the page. You will get an email confirming your subscription. Starting the next day you will receive a daily digest of Booster news for just one sport.
Do you follow more than one sport during a season? Subscribe to more than one sport, or subscribe by season. Navigate to Fall Sports (or Winter or Spring) and subscribe to all sports for the season.
Want it all? Subscribe to the entire Boosters site by entering your email address at the top right of any page. Your daily digest will include all new postings.
INDIVIDUAL SPORTS:
Under the SPORTS button, first pick the Season, then the Sport from the drop down menu. All news related to each sport appear on their individual pages. Click on the subscribe button to receive email updates for individual sports, or click on subscribe on the home page to subscribe to every sport year-round.
SCHEDULES:
Navigate to the Season, then drop down to a Sport, then slide over to Schedules and Rosters. Schedules for each sport can be printed, saved to a comma delimited file (CSV), saved to Excel, and even sorted.
MOBILE
Have a mobile device? Want to stay in touch and follow Acalanes Boosters with faster downloads? A lightweight version of the website without graphics is automatically loaded for iPhone, iPod touch, Android, Palm Pre, Samsung touch and BlackBerry Storm, or other mobile devices.
TIP: If you have the bandwidth and prefer the full website, scroll down to the bottom of the page to switch the slider from mobile to the full graphics version.
SUBMIT STORIES TO THE BOOSTERS WEBSITE
Parents: Do you have news to share? “Have News to Share?” can be found on the bottom right of each page on the website. Merely fill out the form and click “send” to send an email to the webmaster. Please include the date, sport, level, scores, and any highlights. e.g. Girls Volleyball, JV, Campo at Acalanes, Acalanes won 2-1 in a tight match, etc. Please include your name so we can attribute your story. We prefer parent-written stories over robot generated spam, so please enter the code as you submit your story.
