Welcome to Acalanes Baseball

This team has a collection of championships and league titles, the Dons look to continue their rich tradition of excellence as they approach the 2021 season. Acalanes was ranked 21st in the state by Cal-Hi Sports for the 2020 season. The team’s ERA was 1.08, and though the offense sometimes sputtered, the defense, especially in the outfield, was outstanding.

The Acalanes baseball program focuses on complete, individual development. Coaches with extensive experience work closely with student-athletes on their athletic development. Acalanes student-athletes will train on the field or through performance disciplines like strength and conditioning and mental toughness to get ready to take the field or stand at the plate.

Dons baseball coaches focus on working grounds, position-specific training, and even 1-on-1 coaching sessions in the summer, fall and winter before competition begins in the spring. The Acalanes Baseball Program Program has created collegiate opportunities. Head Connor Hornsby strives to continue to lead the Dons to victory. The Acalanes Baseball Program offers three teams: Varsity, Junior Varsity and Freshman.
