In Thursday’s action…

JV Girls Tennis

defeated College Park HS 7-1.

Girls Volleyball

dropped the first two games 25-20 and 25-19 to Miramonte HS, but rallied to win the next two games 25-22 and 25-22.  The fifth game went down to the wire, with the Dons falling just short 17-15.  The JV and freshman teams swept the Matadors 25-18 and 25-18 in both match-ups.

Girls Golf

was defeated by Miramonte HS.

In Friday’s action…

Football

hosts Las Lomas HS.  JV at 4:30 and varsity at 7:00.

Varsity Boys Water Polo

competes in the Jesuit Invitational.

JV Girls Water Polo

competes in the Western States tournament at Sacred Heart Prep HS.

In Saturday’s action…

Varsity Boys Water Polo

competes in the Jesuit Invitational.

JV Girls Water Polo

competes in the Western States tournament at Sacred Heart Prep HS.

JV Girls Volleyball

competes in the Deer Valley tournament.

Thursday’s individual standouts…

JV Girls Tennis

Naomi Berkowitz & Anya Weinstein (8-0), Anika Mohanty & Vivian Tingle (8-0), Skyler DeMartini & Niki Palamountain (8-6), Eunkyu Lee & Lynn Wolfe (8-2), Sally Tang & Daniella Yadegar and Sophia Cooper & Maren Quintella (8-5) won their doubles matches.

Girls Volleyball

The varsity team was led by offensive standout Parker Jones, defensive standout Devin Grobeck and all-around standout Alex Matson.  The JV standouts were Laurel Park on offense and Cailey MacKay on defense.  The freshmen received stellar play on offense from Jessica Larrick and on defense from Charlotte Glass.
