In Friday’s action…

The cheerleading team won the first ever competitive sport cheer game over Alhambra HS 11-9.

Girls lacrosse took on Northgate at home last night and ran away with a 16-6 win over the Broncos.  Coaches Courtney Neff and Mark Rurka decided to mix it up a bit so Cate Goodman got to practice her hand eye coordination as goalie in the second half and Coco Fellner practiced her ball control taking the draw in the second half as well.  Multiple Dons lead the offensive effort with goals by Julia Helvey (1), Tayzha Maple (2), Lauren Westergren (2), Susie Bush (3), Kristin Campbell (1), Jenna Kisner (1), Emma Workman (1), Keri Wendt (2), Grace Gebhardt (2) and Meile Broad (1).  The Lady Dons remain undefeated in the DAL at 4-0 and 8-1 overall.

In Saturday’s action…

The track & field team competed in the Dublin Distance Fiesta.
