In Tuesday’s action…

Softball

defeated Miramonte HS 25-10 to raise their overall record to 14-3 and their DAL record to 6-1.

Baseball

found themselves behind 2-0 after 6-1/2 innings. In the bottom of the 6th, they exploded for 3 runs and shut down College Park HS in the last inning to pull out a 3-2 victory.

Girls Lacrosse

plays at Novato HS in the first round of the NCS playoffs at 5:30.

Tuesday’s individual standouts…

Softball

Brooke Panfili pitched the first 3 innings, striking out 5 batters to earn the win as Marina Carr led off the game with a homerun.

Girls Lacrosse

plays at Novato HS Wednesday at 5:30 in the first round of the playoffs.

Boys Lacrosse

is the #2 seed and will host the winner of Novato HS v. University HS Friday or Saturday at 7:00.

Boys Volleyball

is the #2 seed and will host the winner of El Cerrito HS v. Drake HS Friday or Saturday at 7:00.

Note: At all NCS playoffs games, there is an admission charge. $10 general admission and $5 for students, children and senior citizens. No passes or ASB stickers will be honored.

In Tuesday’s action…

Boys Volleyball

swept 25-10, 25-11, 25-16 to remain undefeated in the DAL at 8-0 and 25-6 overall.

Baseball

shutout Alhambra HS 4-0.

Softball

was defeated by Las Lomas HS.

Girls Lacrosse

was defeated by Campolindo HS. The jv team rallied again to pull out a 13-12 victory to finish the regular season at 15-2-2.

Boys Lacrosse

was defeated by Campolindo HS. The jv team recorded a 10-1 victory.


May 2 – Girls Varsity Lacrosse

The Lady Dons fell short to the Campolindo Cougars, 13-9.
Marcy Morse lead the team with 5 goals ( 3 draw controls). Claire Gallagher had 2 goals (4 draw controls). Julia Mueller ( 4 draw controls) and Sydney Louie had one goal each. Jamie Wendt had phenomenal night in goal with 13 impressive saves.
The JV team had another spectacular late game comeback to defeat the Cougars. They finished the year with an impressive 17-2-1 record.

May 2 – Tuesday Sports

In Monday’s action…

Boys Volleyball

swept Concord HS 25-18, 25-19 and 25-19 to remain undefeated in the DAL at 8-0 and raise their overall record to 25-5. The jv team also swept 25-10 and 25-11 to finish the season 6-0 in the DAL and 9-3 overall.

In Tuesday’s action…

Baseball

plays Alhambra HS at 4:00. Varsity is away and jv is home.

Softball

plays at Las Lomas HS at 4:00.

Lacrosse

teams play Campolindo HS. Boys are home and girls are away. JV at 5:30 and varsity at 7:00.

Boys Volleyball

plays at Mt. Diablo HS at 6:00.

JV Boys Tennis

plays at Northgate HS at 3:30.

Monday’s individual standouts…

Boys Golf

Julian O’Donnell shot a 76 at the DAL Championships to advance to the NCS Championships. Jake Rosenberg also played very well shooting a 77.

Apr 27 – Girls Lacrosse defeat the Falcons

The Lady Dons defeated the College Park Falcons, 13-7.

Julia Mueller led the attack with 8 goals. Kati Gardner added 2. Marcy Morse (5 draw controls), Claire Gallagher (3 draw controls) and Sydney Louie each had 1 goal. Anna deRoque had 2 assists. Jamie Wendt led the defensive charge with 10 saves in goal and 3 loose ball controls.

The Lady Dons travel to Campolindo on Tuesday to play the Cougars in their final league game.

Girls Lacrosse

defeated College Park HS 13-7 to raise their DAL record to 12-3. The jv team pulled out a 7-6 victory.

Baseball

dropped a 4-3 extra-inning decision to Northgate HS. The jv team was also defeated.

Boys Tennis

Ryan Everly and Trenton Tso compete in the DAL Singles Championships. Cole Brightbill and Jin Heo compete in the DAL Doubles Championships. All matches are at College Park HS.

Boys Lacrosse

plays at San Ramon Valley HS. JV at 5:30 and varsity at 7:00.

Track & Field

hosts the Charlie Eaton & Bob Warren Relays at 1:00.

In Saturday’s action…

competes in the Sacramento Meet of Champions at Hughes Stadium.

Swim team

competes in the DAL JV Championships at 10:00.

Boys Tennis

Results from the DAL Championships. Cole Brightbill & Jin Heo won three matches to reach the doubles semifinals. Ryan Everly won two matches to reach the singles quarterfinals. Trenton Tso won two matches before being defeated in the singles quarterfinals. Aidan Alagappan & Clay Schmidt won two matches before being defeated in the doubles quarterfinals.

JV Girls Lacrosse

Laura Garfein, Molly Cronk and Olivia Pellegrini were Coach Fraser’s players of the game.
