Softball

defeated Dougherty Valley HS 1-0 to remain undefeated in the DFAL at 4-0, with an overall record of 11-2.

team was defeated by Campolindo HS.

Andrew Merken was the winning pitcher. Jack Veasey went 1 for 3, with an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base. AJ Welsh went 1 for 3, with an RBI and a run scored.

Softball

Natalie Goepel shut down the Wildcats throwing a 2 hitter with 5 strikeouts to raise her record to 11-2. Mia Monopoli went 2 for 3.

Boys Lacrosse

cruised to a 16-5 victory over Dublin HS remaining undefeated in the DFAL at 5-0 with an overall record of 9-3. The JV team posted an 18-1 victory to also remain undefeated in the DFAL at 5-0 with an overall record of 10-2.

Girls Lacrosse

put on an offensive display defeating Dublin HS 22-13.

Boys Golf

was narrowly defeated by Campolindo HS 194-207.

Yesterday, the baseball team defeated Alameda HS 3-2 in the semifinals of the Willie Stargell Memorial Classic to set up a meeting with San Lorenzo HS today at 1:30 at College of Alameda, weather permitting, in the championship game. Andrew Merken was the winning pitcher. Tyler Supple went 1 for 2 and Grant Henderson went 1 for 3. Jack Veasey and Garrett Candau each had a double.

Softball

The Lady Dons found themselves behind 4-3 to Tamalpais HS going into the bottom of the 7th inning, but rallied to score 2 runs and pull out the victory that raises their overall record to 9-2.  Natalie Goepel was the winning pitcher raising her record to 9-2.  Jamie Jacobs went 4 for 4, with 2 RBIs and a run scored.  Mia Monopoli went 2 for 4, with an RBI and a run scored.  Alex Grant-Hudd went 2 for 3, with an RBI.

In Saturdays action…

Baseball

The Dons defeated California HS 4-3 in the first round of the Willie Stargell Memorial Classic.

Boys Lacrosse

was behind 5-1 at halftime to Novato HS, but mounted a furious rally to tie the game at 8-8, when Robbie Stern scored the winning goal with 12 seconds left to lift the Dons to a 9-8 victory raising their overall record to 8-3. The JV team was also victorious 14-7 to raise their overall record to 9-2.
