Yesterday, the baseball team defeated Sonoma Valley HS 1-0 in the NCS semifinals behind John York’s perfect game to advance to the NCS Championship game Saturday at 1:00 at St. Mary’s College against the winner of the Sir Francis Drake HS and Analy HS game that was 4-4 in the 11th inning late last night.

Track and Field

Adler Faulkner prepares to compete in the CIF State Track & Field Championships in the 800 Friday and Saturday in Clovis.

May 25 – Boys and Girls Lacrosse Win NCS Championships, Baseball and Softball Advance to Semis

Girls Lacrosse

is the North Coast Section Champion posting an 18-9 victory over University HS of San Francisco.

Boys Lacrosse

scored in the last two minutes to break an 8-8 tie and finish with a 9-8 victory over Marin Catholic HS to claim the North Coast Section Championship.

Baseball

defeated San Marin HS 6-2 to advance to Wednesdays NCS semifinal game at Acalanes HS at 4:00.

Softball

traveled to Sonoma Valley HS and knocked them off 4-2 in 8 innings to advance to Tuesdays NCS semifinal game against Terra Linda HS at San Marin HS.

Matt Thomas finished 4th in the discus at the NCS Meet of Champions track & field meet.

Lacrosse teams

host the NCS semifinals Wednesday. The #1 seeded girls team will host Miramonte HS at 7:00 and the #2 seeded boys team will host Piedmont HS at 5:00.

Baseball

is the #1 seed and will host the winner of San Marin HS vs. Eureka HS in the NCS quarterfinals Friday at 4:00.

Softball

is the #5 seed and will play at Sonoma Valley HS in the NCS quarterfinals either Friday or Saturday.
