Boys Volleyball

continues to roll with a victory over Clayton Valley Charter HS 25-12, 25-22, 25-17 to remain undefeated in the DAL and run their overall record to 22-3. The jv team also won 25-12 and 25-17 to remain undefeated in the DAL at 4-0 and run their overall record to 7-2.

Softball

defeated Miramonte HS 12-1.

Julian O’Donnell shot a 40 and Chase Maderious 42 in challenging weather conditions on a 9-hole, par 36 course.

Apr 15 – Freshman Baseball

The freshman baseball team pulled off an amazing feat on Saturday as they won both games of a doubleheader against Castro Valley in walkoff fashion.

In game 1, Aidan Keeler singled in Eiton Feiger in the bottom of the 8th inning to win the game for the Dons 5-4. David Sniderman pitched 6 2/3 innings and had two hits for Acalanes and Owen Hansen came on in relief to help close out the win.

Will Easley started on the mound in game two and pitched 4 2/3 innings. He was backed up by Keeler who pitched shutout ball for the final 2 1/3 innings. Cole Murgia and Luke Miles each contributed two hits for the Dons, and both had hits in the bottom of the 7th inning when the Dons walked off their second win of the day 7-6. Easley also had two RBI’s for the winners.

The freshman coached by Mark Vicencio are 9-3 this year.

defeated Las Lomas HS 17-7 to raise their DAL record to 17-7. The jv team rallied from a 10-8 deficit to pull out a 12-11 victory.

defeated Las Lomas HS 13-3 to remain undefeated in the DAL at 10-0 and raise their overall record to 13-1.

Boys Golf

defeated Alhambra HS 213-237. Jake Rosenberg shot a 39 and Ian Churchill 42 on a 9-hole par 36 course.

overwhelmed Clayton Valley Charter HS 19-3. The jv team performed in like fashion 17-7.

Boys Lacrosse

surrendered 3 early goals before taking control of the game with an 11-4 victory over Clayton Valley Charter HS to remain undefeated in the DAL at 9-0 and 12-1 overall. The jv team cruised to an 11-2 victory.

Boys Volleyball

defeated Concord HS 25=23, 25-6 and 25-20 to remain undefeated in the DAL at 3-0 and raise their overall record to 17-3. The jv team also won 25-12 and 25-14 to also remain undefeated in the DAL at 3-0 and 5-2 overall.

Baseball

dropped two close games to Serra HS and St. Mary’s HS from Stockton in the prestigious Scott Boras Classic. The jv team defeated Las Lomas HS 5-1.
