In Wednesdays action…

Girls Tennis

Eliza Bates won her singles match and advances to the Finals of the DAL tournament.

Sydney Bell & Zoe Cate won their doubles match in the DAL Championships and advance to the Finals.

Megan Cardiff and Maddie McDonagh were defeated in their doubles match to the number 1 seed and will play for 3rd.

 

The boys and girls water polo teams were defeated by Miramonte HS.

In Thursdays action…

In Tuesdays action…

At the DAL Girls Tennis Championships, Eliza Bates #4 seeded singles, Sydney Bell & Zoe Cate #2 doubles and Megan Cardiff & Maddie McDonagh #4 doubles advanced to todays semifinals.

The girls volleyball team dispatched College Park HS 25-13, 25-12 25-17. The jv team swept 25-17, 25-17 and the freshman team likewise 25-20, 25-3.

The unified soccer team dropped a close decision to Heritage HS. Gabe Jess and Daniel Sodestrom each scored 2 goals.

In Wednesdays action…

​Eliza Bates #4 singles, Sydney Bell & Zoe Cate #2 doubles and Megan Cardiff & Maddie McDonagh #4 doubles compete in the DAL Girls Tennis Semifinals at Acalanes HS at 3:45.

The water polo teams host Miramonte HS in a HUGE regular season finale. JV girls at ​4:00, varsity girls at 5:00, varsity boys at 6:00 and jv boys at 7:00. Their Senior Night Presentation will take place between the varsity girls and boys games.

The cross country team competes in the DAL Center Meet at Hidden Valley Park at 3:30.

In Fridays action…

The girls water polo team continues to roll defeating Clovis West HS 12-6 and Davis HS 12-6 in the NorCal Championships at Sacred Heart Prep HS.

The football team played very well in defeat to Clayton Valley Charter HS. JV team was also defeated.

In Saturdays action…

The girls water polo team mounted a furious rally only to fall short 9-7 to Miramonte HS and defeated Leland HS 10-8 to finish 3rd in the NorCal Championships.

The girls volleyball team defeated Heritage HS and Dublin HS and was defeated by Castro Valley HS and James Logan HS in the Dougherty Valley Invitational.

In Mondays action…

The girls volleyball team is at Miramonte HS. Freshmen at 4:00, jv at 5:00 and varsity at 6:30.

Fridays individual standouts…

Varsity football. Robby Rowell completed 31 of 42 passes for 299 yards and 3 touchdowns. Brian Merken had 13 receptions for 92 yards. Nick Price had 8 receptions for 116 yards and a touchdown. Chris Rogers had 5 receptions. Aidan McNamara had 4 receptions for 62 yards and a touchdown and Tommy Thrasher added a touchdown reception.

JV football. John Kalil completed 9 of 14 passes for 185 yards and 3 touchdowns. Mikey O’Donnell added 137 yards and 1 touchdown. Jack Muren had 12 receptions and all 4 touchdowns receiving. Michael Roux had 8 tackles, Carson Burrill 7.5 tackles and Ben Clark, Teo Barakos and Jack Miles each with 4 tackles.

Girls water polo. Jewel Roemer and Bella Wentzel provided stellar play on offense in the high level NorCal Championships.

In Fridays action…

The girls water polo team continues to roll defeating Clovis West HS 12-6 and Davis HS 12-6 in the NorCal Championships at Sacred Heart Prep HS.

The football team played very well in defeat to Clayton Valley Charter HS. JV team was also defeated.

In Thursdays action…

The girls volleyball team made quick work of Las Lomas HS 25-15, 25-19, 25-18. The jv team dropped a close one in three games and the freshman team won in two games.

The girls tennis team improved greatly against Miramonte HS and fell short 5-4.

The freshman football team was defeated by Clayton Valley Charter HS.

Freshman football. Brady Huchingson threw for 246 yards and 2 touchdowns. Sam Heyman had 10 receptions for 91 yards and a score and Nico Cortessis 7 receptions for 119 yards and a score. Adam Kim had 7.5 tackles, Thomas Schrader 6.5 tackles and an interception, and Graham Oh 4 tackles and a safety.

The girls tennis team recorded another 8-1 victory, this time against College Park HS.

The girls water polo team overwhelmed Northgate HS.

The boys water polo team overcame a slow start to easily defeat Northgate HS 18-8.

In Thursdays action…

The girls volleyball team hosts Las Lomas HS. This is their Dig Pink game to bring attention to breast cancer awareness. All donations will be given to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Freshmen at 4:00, jv at 5:00 and varsity at 6:30.

The girls tennis team hosts Miramonte HS at 3:30. Varsity is home and jv is away.

The freshman football team plays at Clayton Valley Charter HS at 5:00.

Girls tennis. Sydney Bell, Sasha Schtein, Jasmine Toni, Erin Warenski and Zoe Cate won singles matches. Megan Cardiff & Maddie McDonagh, Olivia Reinecke & Sam Sweeney and Molly Cronk & Vivian Toni won doubles matches.

Boys water polo. Jake Stone scored 9 goals and had 1 assist and 1 steal. Alex Archer scored 3 goals and had 1 assist. Kiriyan Kartsev scored 3 goals.

The girls tennis team had a great afternoon defeating Campolindo HS handily 8-1.

The girls water polo team continues to play well defeating EBAL stalwart San Ramon Valley HS 10-6.

The boys water polo team came up just short to San Ramon Valley HS 16-15.

The varsity, jv and freshman girls volleyball teams played well against perennial power Campolindo HS only to fall short.

The football team defeated Concord HS 63-14. The jv team also prevailed 62-0.

The girls water polo team defeated Clovis East HS 11-3 in the Clovis North Round-Up.

The boys water polo team was defeated by Corona Del Mar HS and defeated Mater Dei HS in the Southern California Invitational in Irvine.

In Saturdays action…

The girls water polo team defeated Castilleja HS 14-6 and Clovis North HS 7-5 in the Clovis North Round-Up.

The boys water polo team was defeated by San Clemente HS in the Southern California Invitational in Irvine.

Football. Robby Rowell threw for 311 yards and 5 touchdowns. Brian Merken wore out his cleats with 4 receptions for 186 yards and 2 touchdowns. Aidan McNamara had touchdowns receiving and on a punt return, while adding an interception. Jake Delaney had 1 rushing touchdown and 1 receiving touchdown. Keaziah Smith had 7 carries for 71 yards and a touchdown. Nick Price had a receiving touchdown. Sam Saracevic had an interception return for a touchdown. Nick Henderson had 11 tackles, Alex Cortessis 4.5 tackles and Gabe Middleton 4 tackles.

JV football. John Kalil completed on all four passing attempts for 80 yards and a touchdown. Nick Pearson had 6 carries for 98 yards and a touchdown. Avery Howell ran for 2 touchdowns and Michael Roux and Matt Montequila each scored 1 rushing touchdown. Jack Muren had 3 receptions for 99 yards and a touchdown. Jack Miles and Nick Giorgianni each scored on interception returns. Wes Alpert and Quinn Elle each recorded 3 tackles.
