In Tuesday’s action…

Baseball

won their DFAL opener 8-4 over Dougherty Valley HS. The JV and freshman teams did likewise 7-2 and 5-3, respectively.

Softball

dropped their DFAL opener to Dougherty Valley HS.

Boys Tennis

gave NCS powerhouse Dougherty Valley HS all they could handle in a close defeat 5-4.

Boys Lacrosse

easily defeated Dublin HS to remain undefeated in the DFAL at 4-0. The jv team was victorious also.

Girls Lacrosse

defeated Dublin HS 9-4 to raise their DFAL record to 3-1.

hosts Campolindo HS and Miramonte HS at 3:30.

Boys Tennis

hosts Redwood HS at 3:30.

Boys Volleyball

opens DFAL play at Dougherty Valley HS. JV at 5:00 and varsity at 6:00.

Baseball

Grant Young was the winning pitcher striking out 8 batters in 5 innings. Tom Henderson went 2 for 4, with an RBI, a double and a triple. Dan Kim went 2 for 4, with an RBI and a double. Will Rembac went 2 for 4, with 2 RBIs.

Boys Tennis

Isaiah Bird and Ryan Cardiff won singles matches. Nico Brightbill & Conor McGlynn and Jin Heo & Cole Noone won doubles matches.

Girls Lacrosse

Sophie Ross scored 4 goals and had 2 assists. Claire Gallagher scored 4 goals. Marie Whitmore scored 2 goals and had 1 assist. Julia Mueller scored 2 goals.

In Saturday’s action…

Varsity Boys Volleyball

finished 4th in the Dougherty Valley Invitational. They defeated Pleasant Valley HS and avenged earlier losses to Monte Vista HS and Bentley HS. They were defeated by Antioch HS and Alhambra HS.

JV Boys Volleyball

won the consolation championship in the Las Lomas tournament.

Track

At the Bay Area Relays at Foothill HS.
Maya Michon, Muppy Gragg, Mari Florine and Julia Lyons placed2nd in the 4×200.
Julia Lyons, Roni Marrone, Muppy Gragg and Imani Boggan won the 1600 sprint medley relay.
Anna Weier, Beatrice Weier, Ryann Drue and Mikaela Troung placed 3rd in the frosh-soph 4×200.
Sabina Patel, Emma Godfrey and Christy Xie placed 2nd in the shot put.

In Friday’s action…

Girls Lacrosse

found themselves in a game that was very close during all of regulation play leading into overtime against Las Lomas HS. That is when Kate Welch scored the winning goal to bring the Don’s to victory. The JV team was not so fortunate.
