Hello Dons!
Over the past several years, Boosters has offered our student/athletes the opportunity to have a physical done by one of our volunteer physicians in order to be cleared to participate in sports. BACME (Boosters Athletic Clearance Medical Examination) usually takes place in late July, but with the pandemic, everything has been pushed back.
The official start date for our athletes to get back to their sports is December 7th! BACME is offering ONE DATE ONLY to have your athletic clearance completed. We are encouraging all of our student/athletes to take advantage of this event, regardless of which sport you play. Mark your calendar for Monday, November 16th at 6-8pm in the Drama Room. The cost is $40 (cash or check accepted made out to Acalanes Boosters).

There are 3 forms that need to be printed out. You will need to fill out the History form and make sure to sign it at the bottom! The other 2 forms will be filled out by the physician.
If your student/athlete would like to have their physical at the BACME event, here is what you will need:
- A mask.
- $40 (cash or check made out to Acalanes Boosters)
- Physical Examination forms.
We will take care of your paperwork and clearance with your coach/coaches! And all safety protocols will be implemented for this event.
