In Friday's action…
The girls basketball team ended a great season in an overtime defeat to Redwood HS 74-64.
The girls lacrosse team defeated Las Lomas HS 9-8 in their DAL and season opener.
The boys lacrosse team defeated Las Lomas HS 13-4 in their DAL and season opener.
In Saturday's action…
The #3 seeded boys soccer team defeated #6 University HS 1-0 in the NCS quarterfinals.  They advance to the semifinals and will host #10 Albany HS Wednesday at 5:00.
The #2 seeded girls soccer team defeated #7 Terra Linda HS 2-0 in the NCS quarterfinals.  They advance to the semifinals and will host #6 seeded Petaluma HS Wednesday at 7:00.
Individual standouts…
Boys soccer.  Nick Geannacopoulos scored the lone goal and Will Easley had 2 outstanding saves in the second half to preserve the victory.
Girls soccer.  Tatum Zuber scored both goals.
Wrestling.  Steven Williams had an outstanding tournament to finish 4th at the NCS wrestling championships.
Girls lacrosse.  Lauren Westergren scored 6 goals.
Note:  At all NCS playoff games, there is an admission charge.  $11 general admission and $6 for all students, children and senior citizens.  No passes or ASB stickers will be honored.
